   confidentiality, for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, unless further retention is required by law or contractual obligation, after which the
   information will be de-identified.
4. Obaro will not disclose your personal information, unless legally permitted thereto and you have the right to access your personal information collected by Obaro, to update your personal
   information and to object to Obaro processing your personal information.
5. Obaro accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) and/or expenses of any nature whatsoever which may arise as a result of,
   or which may be attributed directly or indirectly to personal information made available on this platform, or actions resulting therefrom.
