LEARNERSHIP PROGRAM
Our Learnership program strives to shape the future of management in the agriculture industry.
Join our program and gain valuable managerial experience by working in one of the 27 OBARO branches, alongside an assigned mentor who will show you the ins-and-outs of the industry. Not only will you get hands-on experience in the retail department, but you will also be on a rotation basis across all OBARO departments.
Our program starts each year in January, so keep an eye out for application opportunities.
Upon completion of a 1-year contract, you will obtain a qualification in General Management (NQF 5).
STEWARDSHIP
