Went to put in petrol and the first pump broke. Had to move to the 2nd pump which also broke after pumping R8.67 petrol. I had to move to the 3rd pump have petrol. I spent around 25 minutes as there were queues. I think Obaro needs new pumps.
Not very helpful, asked for assistance(help me to get a 20kg of dog food off) just to be told I must wait for the person who's 'department' it is. The lady at the till didn't greet and where talking to other people.
It is not that bad, I went there 3x and didn't find what I needed. If you don't have an accurate serial number or code of product they don't really assist you. I guess they avoiding returns though. Besides that it's Okay.
