Extremely poor customer service! They do not answer the phones; we avoid going to this branch. We call before having to step into the branch. When you go to the branch, the staff are either on their cellphones or trying to fix their relationship status with their girlfriends who came to the branch. The sad part is this has been the case for over a year.
Big shop, Johnson department empty! Not black jeans, not stock. Terrible service. People walk around without help customers! Very disappointed visit. We are not going there again!
I wanted to exchange 2 pairs of socks. The pacaging was intact. I did not have the slip. They did not want to do the exchange. I am a regular customer that will not be returning.
Very poor service. Ordered and paid for stock on 9 April and promises were made to deliver it on 14 April but it never happened. A week of waiting is long enough....Phoned a few times but nobody could give me an answer or when I could expect my stock. VERY disappointing. Have supported Obaro for almost 20 years already....
They have everything a farmer (gardener?) would need, and more. Reasonable prices too. They loose half a star in my book as sometimes there’s just nobody to help. On this day I went upstairs to camping and downstairs and only found one assistant. Strange that on other days there’s too many assitants🤷♂️
