We had the worst service there yesterday, horrible! We decided to just drive to the store after not getting assistance over the phone, upon getting to the store we went to what seemed like the service/information desk and the guy we found there (I heard someone call him Josh, I may be wrong) said to give him time as he was attending to another customer, cool we waited, but the waiting went on to almost 15-20 minutes now and he didn’t seem to be busy anymore yet he still kept us waiting there. A white lady came in after us looking for a driller and he immediately went on to assist her! This is just ridiculous. Very poor customer service!!!
