Receptionist at Obaro Rustenburg is rude and possibly racist too. She answers my call enquiry on a price of a hand push lawn mower. After I greet and ask her to help, the minute she heard my voice she sounded annoyed. She said she would transfer me to someone, drops the call. Terrible Service. Call them, the call just keeps hanging up. In store, wait very long for someone to assist. For a farm supply store, they are lacking big time on some necessities. I think this branch puts the brands name to shame.

White Staff were not helpful and we ended up leaving after 30 minutes. Especially the back counters. They kept saying we must wait for the other guy. While they were watching their videos on their phones

There is sometimes shortage of stuff but otherwise it's a great place for buying plumbing, garden and electrical stuff. The services is also on point. They are helpful when you need something and can't find it.

Johan, the Manager is welcoming & friendly. Appears to be part of NWK Co-Op. Very helpful and we'll stocked. Supplies local farmers with necessities of food, hardware, irrigation and feed. Diesel, considering location, is reasonable. Thank you.
